Shipping and Processing Time Policy

Bespoke, Custom, Made-to-Order, Personalized, Engraved, Engagement Rings, and Wedding Bands: Please allow up to 21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing these items. Productions are estimates and are subject to change. This does not include shipping timeframes. If necessary, we can potentially expedite the process. Inform us of your preferred deadline via our Contact Us Page or Chat Support, include your email, order #, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

All bespoke, custom, made-to-order, personalized, engraved, engagement rings, and wedding bands are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned due to their unique nature.

Ready-to-Ship Items: Please allow up to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing ready-to-ship pieces. This processing time does not include shipping timeframes.

Peak Season (Holidays) Processing Time: During peak season, such as holidays, please anticipate longer processing times. It may take between 4-6 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing, depending on order volume and production capacity.

Shipping Timeframes: Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
