We always start with a consultation. It’s personal, we want to get to know you and your vision—this can be in-person or virtually. If you decide to proceed, great! We require a 50% deposit and then we’ll start bringing your piece to life with our signature timeless style.
The Creative Process
There’s no one size fits all when it comes to bespoke jewelry and our design process reflects this
Once we’ve conceptualized your piece, we usually create a digital mockup for your approval (we can do it the old school way, too, and craft 100% by hand from scratch, if you prefer).
We can iterate until you feel the magic. When you’re happy with the design, it’s sent to a specialty 3D printer, who brings your jewelry to life with wax. We’ll carefully examine it to make sure everything is perfect, before moving onto the next step: casting, where your chosen precious metal is melted and poured into the wax mold to shape it. Fresh out the ‘oven’, we’ll clean and inspect your jewelry, pre-polishing before our expert setters take the reins and set your chosen stones (if there are any). The final step is one last thorough inspection—to make sure every last detail is as you dreamed it—and another polish so it shines bright.
SOURCING
One thing we’ll always do is hand-source your precious stones locally and ethically
Offering GIA and non-certified natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, moissanite, plus precious and semi-precious gemstones. It’s worth noting that if you’re crafting a bespoke engagement ring, we will start the creative process by sourcing your stone first!
We keep you updated every step of the way, via calls, photos or appointments—however you prefer to communicate works for us, too.
TIMELINE
From concept to completion, the process can take anywhere between four to six weeks, depending on our schedule and the time of year. The remaining 50% of payment is required upon completion, prior to pick up or shipping.
Bespoke Payment for Your Bespoke Piece
In order to create jewelry that stands the test of time, we use only the highest quality materials and work with the most experienced artisans. We appreciate that this comes at a price, so we offer bespoke payment plans as well as finance options.
With our bespoke payment plans, once we have had our consultation and have a clear idea of your desired design, we’ll send you an invoice link via which you can make payments of any amount in your own time. Once you reach the 50% deposit mark, we will then create the digital render of your piece and the creative process resumes as normal. The final 50% can be paid in weekly, bi-weekly or monthly installments for up to six months—then the piece is yours and ready to go.
Please note that for engagement rings, and any jewelry where we start with diamonds or gemstones, that if you fall in love with a specific stone we require a 50% deposit on the spot to be able to secure it for you. We source stones from local suppliers, so they can be snapped up quickly!
